Prayer, Coronavirus and Cross Catholic Outreach

As our country responds to the COVID-19 coronavirus threat, please know our prayers are with each one of our friends and supporters. Please, stay safe, and above all else, remain strong in the peace of Christ.

As you may have guessed, the crisis has also affected our ministry. Travel restrictions and infection concerns have impeded our ability to visit our overseas partners, making our fundraising and reporting efforts more difficult.

In spite of these new challenges, Cross Catholic Outreach is continuing to serve the poorest of the poor. Working through our trusted and capable overseas partners, we continue to:

This is an evolving situation, so I ask that you keep us, our ministry partners and the poor in your prayers, remembering, “there is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear” (1 John 4:18).

COVID-19 Update: We are in this together. Discover how Cross Catholic Outreach is responding to the needs of the poor.

Additionally, I encourage you to send your prayer intentions to us. The staff at Cross Catholic Outreach pray daily for our donors, and we encourage you to send us your prayer intentions … for whatever is on your heart. We know these are troubling times, and many of you face your own challenges. We want to pray for you and your specific needs.

To share those prayers, visit us online at CrossCatholic.org/Prayer. We believe God hears our prayers, and we are trusting in his mercy to carry us through this storm.

May God bless you and keep you safe.
