Delivering food, shelter, and hope to the poorest of the poor
Justin LaGrange of Council 544 in Nashville, Tennessee has a heart for poor and vulnerable children in the developing world. That’s why he passionately promotes Cross Catholic Outreach’s Box of Joy® throughout his home state.
In fact, Justin was one of the first Knights in the country to embrace this meaningful ministry! Over the past five years, he has led efforts in his state to bless thousands of children each Christmas.
Justin has shown a great commitment to promoting the ministry, hosting numerous video conference calls with leaders throughout Tennessee and taking the opportunity to promote Box of Joy while attending various state-wide meetings. He said, “The Box of Joy ministry gives our councils a fun and easy opportunity to engage our Knights, parishioners and families in such a special project.”
This month we feature Justin LaGrange as our “Light on a Knight,” in appreciation of his efforts each year to put his faith in action by encouraging councils to bless children with a Box of Joy gift.
Box of Joy is a registered trademark of Cross Catholic Outreach.
Our mission is to mobilize the global Catholic Church to transform the poor and their communities materially and spiritually for the glory of Jesus Christ.
