Choosing to give to a ministry’s most urgent needs provides our in-country Catholic partners with greater flexibility as they serve the poor. These gifts are used to help them address a variety of situations. For example, they can use the funds to provide lifesaving supplies when disasters strike or supply emergency food and shelter when a family faces an unexpected challenge. Your gift will be sent where it’s needed most.
Our Easter Catalog makes it easy for you to send a meaningful gift to someone who desperately needs a miracle of help and hope. Small monthly gifts play a big role in providing regular support to the poor and vulnerable all year long. When you become a monthly donor, you will receive a prayer journal, handmade by those we serve in Haiti!
It’s easy to shop through the Cross Catholic Outreach Easter Catalog. Browse through the categories and choose an item within your budget and close to your heart, such as Women-Owned Farms or preventing human trafficking. Select and sponsor one or more of these gifts, and you’ll make a meaningful impact on the life of a needy child or family overseas. It’s that simple!
During Lent, Catholics around the world pray, fast and give alms for our brothers and sisters in need. Small sacrifices are just one of the ways that we can follow Jesus’ example of giving his life on the cross to accomplish God’s plan of redemption. When we give alms, we bless the poor, we obey God’s command to care for them, and express our gratitude for the gift of salvation!
Donations from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures for the Easter Catalog incurred through June 30, 2023, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than are needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
Our mission is to mobilize the global Catholic Church to transform the poor and their communities materially and spiritually for the glory of Jesus Christ. Your gift empowers us to serve the poorest of the poor by channeling life-changing aid through an international network of dioceses, parishes and Catholic missionaries. This cost-effective approach helps break the cycle of poverty and advance Catholic evangelization.
