The Donor Operations Specialist position supports gift management within the Donor Program Services Department of Cross Catholic Outreach. The Specialist supports gift processing functions, including payments, batch reconciliation, pledge and recurring gift management, and constituent data additions or updates. The position requires an organized, team player with a strong Christian background. This position operates with a flexible task menu with a schedule for rotation and cross training purposes.
Demonstrated experience in nonprofit donor/constituent record management, gift processing, and/or data stewardship. Knowledge of batching and processing donations, bank transactions, and/or payments with specific focus on data that uses sophisticated coding systems to identify attributes.
