Delivering food, shelter, and hope to the poorest of the poor
In conjunction with the GIK and Program Strategy Operations Manager, the GIK and Program Strategy Officer supports the program planning and strategy of the GIK/Missions department. This role will continually focus on supporting, strengthening and monitoring program strategies, policies and operating procedures for the department. This support involves continual updating of key strategies and procedures that reflect proper stewardship of material aid resources, program implementation and organizational planning and optimization. The position requires active synergy with key stakeholders in each department within Missions to promote synchronization between international cash projects, foundation grants, community transformation programs and material aid programming. This position will primarily oversee key data compilation and updating, developing visuals that portray program impact and analyzing program effectiveness. In addition, the position will play a key role in researching key data to identify potential areas/regions/countries for expansion.
