Now among the nation’s top 50 nonprofit organizations and entering its third decade of operation, the company requires intentional internal communication strategies, structures and processes. The Internal Communications Strategist will play a significant role in helping develop and implement internal communications plans to ensure the success of ongoing strategic and change management initiatives — informing, inspiring, and engaging employees. While an overarching strategy and plan has been drafted, the ideal Internal Communications Strategist will expertly own and shape it while applying best practices.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Business or related major.
