Manage, motivate and empower fundraising team to reach both the organization’s and department’s strategic and financial goals, while continually identifying and implementing improved process for donor qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship. The Manager is also responsible for maintaining and increasing funding from major donors through effective identification, cultivation and solicitation in an effort to deepen long-term relationships built on a firm understanding of donor interests, passions and values.

Minimum 7 years experience in non-profit development
