Cross Catholic Outreach is currently hiring a Help Desk/Junior System Administrator to join our organization. Candidates should have a combination of minimum of 3 years’ experience with IT help desk and Windows systems administration. The IT Help Desk / Junior Systems Administrator is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our remote and on-site employees. You interact with employees by phone or in-person to help resolve any computer or software related issues they may have. The IT Help Desk / Junior Systems Administrator will also be responsible for assisting the Senior Systems Administrator with the day-to-day administration of the organizations information system. The candidate should be task oriented and have excellent time management skills. The IT Help Desk / Junior Systems administrator typically works a standard 40-hour week; however, they may be required to work overtime during periods of high demand or when deadlines are approaching.
