At the request of Cardinal Peter Turkson, Prefect of the Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development, Cross Catholic Outreach has formed a partnership with the foundation. We believe this united effort to multiply the Church’s impact can help break the cycle of poverty and restore lost hope… but we need your help to accomplish this visionary mission!
To effectively transform communities, we must address their most serious problems. For example, entire villages in Bolivia and Venezuela are currently struggling with hardships caused by contaminated drinking water. In Honduras and Guatemala, there is a lack of access to lifesaving medical care, and in Colombia and Haiti, families are struggling to put food on the table.
Bishops throughout Latin America and the Caribbean have identified and submitted some of the most pressing needs within their dioceses. Together, we can relieve these burdens by funding 16 critical development projects in seven countries.
Discover why Pat and Jane Tracy support Cross Catholic Outreach and our ministry to the poorest of the poor in this testimonial video.
Don’t miss this opportunity to share God’s mercy with our suffering brothers and sisters in Latin America and the Caribbean. Your response will transform lives in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras and Venezuela. It will also strengthen local Catholic leaders who are working with limited resources to meet the needs in their dioceses. By funding critical outreaches, we can equip them to better serve impoverished communities and restore lost hope.
Please give now to fuel these meaningful missions and deliver lasting relief in Christ’s name!

Our mission is to mobilize the global Catholic Church to transform the poor and their communities materially and spiritually for the glory of Jesus Christ. Your gift empowers us to serve the poorest of the poor by channeling life-changing aid through an international network of dioceses, parishes and Catholic missionaries. This cost-effective approach helps break the cycle of poverty and advance Catholic evangelization.
Proceeds from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures incurred through June 30, 2021, the close of our ministry’s new fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
