Fruits of Your Faith in Action

Immediate relief and long-term change happen thanks to YOU!

One way you feed the hungry is by helping Cross Catholic Outreach ship Vitafood to countries in the developing world. It’s nutritious, delicious, and cost-effective — and it’s providing millions of meals each year. Your gift to the Annual Fund Drive helps us deliver even more.

Beyond the hardships brought on by COVID-19, unexpected disasters like the recent Haiti earthquake or last fall’s Hurricanes Eta and Iota, mean heavy crosses for poor families in the developing world. But with your support, we can rush medicine, food, and other aid through to help them quickly and efficiently through our trusted in-country partners.

Clean water and new houses at the Kobonal Haiti Mission are just one example of how your support changes lives of poor children for the long-term. Your generosity helped lift up some of Haiti’s poorest families recently: 253 people were provided with safe shelter and 4,449 people were blessed with clean water.

Cross Mission Partners receive this prayer journal, handmade by those we serve in Haiti!

Use it for reflections and notes to grow in your spiritual life. You’ll also receive a prayer request form to mail back so that we can pray for your needs. In effect, this creates a spiritual bridge to connect you to our sisters and brothers in Christ in the developing world!

Cross Mission Partners also receive a semiannual Mission Update with news, insights and information about the good work and accomplishments made possible by your support.

* Every dollar helps us bless the least of our brothers and sisters throughout Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Mexico & Central America and South America.

Thank You for Your Special Commitment to Serving the Poor!

Our Commitment

We consider every gift we receive to be a precious resource from God. We direct every donation to its intended project, provide honest and accurate reports to our donors, and keep overhead costs to an industry low. We handle funds with utmost integrity and hold our ministry partners in the field to the same high standards by asking them to document costs and the impact of their outreach.

How We Serve

Rather than create new institutions to distribute aid, we support existing ministries and churches already serving the poor. In addition to being the most cost-effective way of helping the poor, empowering these ministries allows us to support the Church’s spiritual mission and its important position of leadership in poor communities.

Fundraising & Administrative Expenses 5.97%
More than 94 percent of all organizational expenses, including donated goods, went directly to programs that help the poor.
Audited Financials FY2023

Donations from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures incurred through June 30, 2024, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
