We work in partnership with church-based ministries and other faith-based organizations, creating an ideal synergy for the greatest impact. Around the world and with your help, we bring food, water, housing, education, support for vulnerable children, health care, agriculture aid, microenterprise, and disaster relief to the poorest of the poor.

We currently serve the poor in more than 32 countries around the world through partnerships with bishops, priests, and religious and lay workers.
Since Cross Catholic Outreach’s inception, we have lifted up an entire generation and many communities in more than 90 countries.
Clean water and quality medical care for the poor in countries like the Dominican Republic.
Cross International Catholic Outreach becomes a 501(c)(3) organization and begins providing safe housing.
Cross Catholic Outreach is overseen by U.S. bishops and supported by local bishops in the developing world.

Donations from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures for this project incurred through June 30, 2027, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year.
