Msgr. David Fulton was born October 19, 1941 in Philadelphia, PA. He was ordained a Catholic Priest May 20, 1967 in Trenton, NJ. Msgr. has had the privilege to be an Instructor and Adjunct Professor for various Catholic Universities and Seminaries. In addition, he has served as pastor between 1967 and 2012.
Today he is a retired priest of the diocese of Metuchen, NJ, and pastor emeritus of Our Lady of Victories Parish, Baptistown, NJ.
Now living in suburban Philadelphia, he serves as Promoter of Justice for the Diocese of Metuchen, teaches canon law at St Charles Borromeo Seminary, in Wynnewood, PA, and teaches moral theology at St Mary’s Seminary in Baltimore. He also is Director of Priests programs at the Center for Continuing Formation of St Mary’s Seminary.
Msgr. Fulton brings his gifts and talents to Cross Catholic Outreach to serve the poorest of the poor.
