Rev. Gabriel Lormeus

Father Gabriel Lormeus was ordained to the priesthood on July 20, 1986, and is a priest of the Archdiocese of Cap-Haitien, Haiti. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology. Fr. Gabriel’s experience includes work in trauma centers, ICU and SICU; he possess a CPE Unit 1 License and volunteers for Vitas Health Care, while working towards the completion of his CPE at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida.

His Pastoral work involves celebrating Mass throughout the Archdiocese of Miami and the Diocese of Palm Beach, and is a weekly presider at St. Malachy Church in Tamarac, FL. Until 2014, he held the role of Vicar at St. Mary and St. Ann parishes in the Archdiocese of Boston.

Fr. Gabriel is fluent in French, Creole and English. He looks forward to meeting U.S. Catholic communities to share God’s love for the poor.
