Born in Miami, Florida, in November 1950, Fr. Joshe resided in Miami until the age of nine. The family moved to Melbourne, Florida in 1959 and both of his parents were employed by NASA. After the family moved to New Mexico, and Fr. Joshe completed secondary school, he attended New Mexico State University, earning the Bachelor of Science degree in 1971. He joined the U.S. Navy and served for four years at the end of the Vietnam War.
After leaving the military, Fr. Joshe entered the Oblate School of Theology in San Antonio, Texas, where he earned the Master of Divinity degree. He spent 19 years with the Conventional Franciscans before joining the Diocese of Las Cruces, New Mexico. He has worked as a hospital chaplain, a pastor, and as a priest for prison and jail ministry.
Fr. Joshe will use his gifts and talents for poorest of the poor at Cross Catholic Outreach.
