While many people in the developed world take clean drinking water for granted, an estimated 780 million people don’t have access to clean drinking water and 2.5 billion people do not have safe sanitation. The majority of clean water issues are in rural areas of developing nations, and the result is a startling number of hygiene-related diseases and deaths.
At Cross Catholic Outreach, we understand how clean and accessible water impacts a family’s health, efficiency, education, and economic progress. That’s why we are engaged in numerous projects that deliver safe water to poor communities for drinking, bathing, cleaning, and agriculture. WATER FOR THE POOR
Donate to help transform lives
Many poor women and children in developing countries spend hours fetching water each day. Some must trek miles to find a stream or well, only to get sick from cholera or another waterborne illness because the source is contaminated.
This is why our ministry partners so often request support for water projects. By providing sanitary wells and community water systems, and sometimes even bathrooms with running water, we can relieve this burden on the poor. With water worries out of the way, illness declines, school attendance rises, and families have more time and resources to pour into other important tasks. Your gift of clean water can literally safe lives and will serve as an unforgettable testament to the hope that all people have in the Living Water of Jesus Christ.

Financial Accountability
At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.
Proceeds from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures incurred through June 30, 2024, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
