The simple task of cooking is a daily obstacle for impoverished families in Brazil. They can’t afford butane gas to light their stoves, and burning firewood leaves unhealthy smoke in their homes while contributing to deforestation.

Your gift will enable a Catholic ministry to provide 25 families with biodigesters, which turn animal waste into cooking fuel. Donate today to protect important forests and help families begin cooking safely.

Financial Accountability

At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.

Proceeds from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures incurred through June 30, 2023, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
