Vitafood Meals for the Hungry

Donate to help transform lives

There is an urgent need for food in three rural communities where about half of all pre-teen children are malnourished.

Cross Catholic Outreach has access to thousands of donated meals, but your support is needed to ship them to the people who need them most. With your help, about 380 children and their families will receive monthly supplies of Vitafood, which is scientifically formulated to meet the needs of a chronically malnourished child. The meals will be distributed in the name of Christ through our local partner FUNDASEP, the social outreach of the Catholic Diocese of San Juan de la Maguana.

Our Global Work

In everything we do, we remain focused on the Lord, serving with humility, fervor and love, and advancing Catholic evangelization. We work in partnership with church-based ministries and other faith-based organizations, creating an ideal synergy for the greatest impact.

Financial Accountability

At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.

Fundraising & Administrative Expenses 4.62%
More than 95 percent of all organizational expenses, including donated goods, went directly to programs that help the poor.
Audited Financials FY2021

When you select an aid project, your donation to that project will be used to cover any expenditures for the project incurred through June 30, 2022, the close of our ministry's fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
