Food in Peru

Jesuits of Peru

Donate to help transform lives

Extreme hunger plagues many poor communities on the outskirts of Lima, Peru. The ODP Jesuits of Peru are eager to provide relief with nutritious meals, but they need your help.

Your generous gift will cover the cost to send nutrient-rich Vitafood meals to the ODP Jesuits of Peru for distribution to local organizations serving the poor and vulnerable. Approximately half of the meals will go to Heart of Jesus School, a Jesuit school that is providing education and hope to children in the deeply impoverished community of Jicamarca. These meals are scientifically formulated to rehabilitate malnourished children. Satisfy their hunger today!

Our Global Work

In everything we do, we remain focused on the Lord, serving with humility, fervor and love, and advancing Catholic evangelization. We work in partnership with church-based ministries and other faith-based organizations, creating and ideal synergy for the greatest impact.

Financial Accountability

At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.

Fundraising & Administrative Expenses 5.97%
More than 94 percent of all organizational expenses, including donated goods, went directly to programs that help the poor.
Audited Financials FY2023

Donations from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures for this project incurred through June 30, 2025, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
