Far from the white sand beaches tourists love, the poor of Grenada suffer. Many live in rickety shacks with leaky roofs and decaying wood walls. Some of these homes were badly damaged by hurricanes more than a decade ago.

Others have been scarred by fires. Local Catholic leaders care deeply for the impoverished families living in these terrible conditions, and they have reached out to Cross Catholic Outreach to help create safe living conditions for these humble people. With your gift, a diocese outreach team can build four hurricane-resistant homes and repair three existing homes for seven families most in need.

Financial Accountability

At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.

Audited Financials FY2022

Proceeds from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures incurred through June 30, 2024, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
