Education in Haiti

St. Joseph of the Apparition

Donate to help transform lives

In a desolate area of Haiti, St. Joseph of the Apparition Primary School can provide a beacon of hope to Haitian families struggling to educate their children, but it needs your support to accomplish this important mission.

The Sisters of St. Joseph will give priority to the poorest, most vulnerable children — who would otherwise be unable to go to school at all — and offer them a completely free Catholic education along with nutritious daily lunches. By providing books, uniforms, teacher and staff salaries, and stipends for kitchen volunteers, you will empower the children of the poor to discover their potential and pursue a brighter future. Give them hope today!

Our Global Work

In everything we do, we remain focused on the Lord, serving with humility, fervor and love, and advancing Catholic evangelization. We work in partnership with church-based ministries and other faith-based organizations, creating an ideal synergy for the greatest impact.

Financial Accountability

At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.

Fundraising & Administrative Expenses 4.62%
More than 95 percent of all organizational expenses, including donated goods, went directly to programs that help the poor.
Audited Financials FY2021

When you select an aid project, your donation to that project will be used to cover any expenditures for the project incurred through June 30, 2023, the close of our ministry's fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
