In Ethiopia, the impoverished elderly often suffer from isolation and a lack of basic necessities, but the Church has a wonderful plan to provide those needy men and women with relief and hope through the Brothers of Good Works.
Inspired by the Lord’s mercy and love of the vulnerable in society, these dedicated servants of God have developed an effective ministry to serve the elderly in their community. The Brothers are restoring hope in these men’s and women’s lives through simple acts of kindness. Join Cross Catholic Outreach in our support for this invaluable ministry. As the Brothers support poor elders with basic needs like nutritious food, counseling and spiritual fellowship, they see that God loves them and wants them to thrive in their golden years!

Financial Accountability
At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.

More than 94 percent of all organizational expenses, including donated goods, went directly to programs that help the poor.
Audited Financials FY2022
Proceeds from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures incurred through June 30, 2024, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
