Jamaica is a country of great beauty, but also widespread poverty, unemployment and spiritual need. The Compassionate Franciscan Sisters of the Poor are aware of these challenges and have a wonderful plan to improve the lives of sick and marginalized people in desperate need of hope.

Your support will empower these selfless sisters to continue their good work, equipping them with basic necessities and ministry materials, as well as the medications they need for their health clinic and hospice care facility. Please fuel their mission of mercy today!

Our Global Work

In everything we do, we remain focused on the Lord, serving with humility, fervor and love, and advancing Catholic evangelization. We work in partnership with church-based ministries and other faith-based organizations, creating and ideal synergy for the greatest impact.

Financial Accountability

At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.

Fundraising & Administrative Expenses 5.82%
More than 94 percent of all organizational expenses, including donated goods, went directly to programs that help the poor.
Audited Financials FY2022

Proceeds from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures incurred through June 30, 2024, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
