Health Care in Jamaica

Compassionate Franciscan Sisters of the Poor

Donate to help transform lives

CFSOP lives by a vow of wholehearted, compassionate service for the poor — a vow it is living out through a number of important programs.

These include the distribution of food and school supplies for the needy, visitations of the poor and elderly, and the provision of free and low-cost medical and dental care to about 60 patients per day at the Hope Teaching Health Clinic. Your generous gift will help the sisters maintain their caring presence by supporting general operating expenses of their mission, such as meals, utilities and transportation.

Our Global Work

In everything we do, we remain focused on the Lord, serving with humility, fervor and love, and advancing Catholic evangelization. We work in partnership with church-based ministries and other faith-based organizations, creating and ideal synergy for the greatest impact.

Become a Cross Mission Partner today and experience the joy of changing lives every month through your gift.

Financial Accountability

At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.

Fundraising & Administrative Expenses 5.97%
More than 94 percent of all organizational expenses, including donated goods, went directly to programs that help the poor.
Audited Financials FY2023

Proceeds from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures incurred through June 30, 2024, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
