Scholarships for Poor Children

Donate to help transform lives

Children and young adults living in slum communities often lack the resources to attend school. Their parents are too poor to afford the tuition, books, transportation and uniforms required, so children never get the education they need to escape the crowded, filthy slums of Manila in the Philippines.

This Catholic ministry responds with scholarships that enrich the lives of impoverished children, who also are guided emotionally and spiritually as they progress through high school and then college or technical school. Your generous gift will enable poor children to create dreams, mature in faith and break the bonds of poverty that have ensnared their families for generations.

Our Global Work

In everything we do, we remain focused on the Lord, serving with humility, fervor and love, and advancing Catholic evangelization. We work in partnership with church-based ministries and other faith-based organizations, creating an ideal synergy for the greatest impact.

Financial Accountability

At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.

Fundraising & Administrative Expenses 4.62%
More than 95 percent of all organizational expenses, including donated goods, went directly to programs that help the poor.
Audited Financials FY2021

When you select an aid project, your donation to that project will be used to cover any expenditures for the project incurred through June 30, 2022, the close of our ministry's fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
