According to the World Prison Brief, the Philippines has one of the most overcrowded incarceration systems in the world. Just two correctional facilities in Manila are holding 4,500 female inmates — and some of those women have been awaiting trial for years!

These women feel forgotten and isolated, and they live in circumstances that leave them dirty, underfed and dehydrated. Cross Catholic Outreach has partnered with the Daughters of Wisdom who are reminding these women of their God-given dignity by helping meet their material and spiritual needs.

Our Global Work

In everything we do, we remain focused on the Lord, serving with humility, fervor and love, and advancing Catholic evangelization. We work in partnership with church-based ministries and other faith-based organizations, creating and ideal synergy for the greatest impact.

Financial Accountability

At Cross Catholic, we meticulously honor the intent of our donors. All proceeds are restricted for the specific project for which they are raised. In that rare event that more funds are received than are required for a specific project, the additional funds will be used to meet the most urgent needs.

Fundraising & Administrative Expenses 5.82%
More than 94 percent of all organizational expenses, including donated goods, went directly to programs that help the poor.
Audited Financials FY2022

Proceeds from this campaign will be used to cover any expenditures incurred through June 30, 2024, the close of our ministry’s fiscal year. In the event that more funds are raised than needed to fully fund the project, the excess funds, if any, will be used to meet the most urgent needs of the ministry.
