Thank You for Supporting Catholic Education

Your support is an investment into the futures of Guatemalan children

Education provides the best path out of poverty. Your support of Catholic education in Santa Rosa de Lima is directly addressing the educational challenges faced by poor families in the diocese. Your patronage has initiated the construction of a new Catholic school and multipurpose facility to educate, form and evangelize for generations to come, and is providing needy students an opportunity to pursue an education that was previously beyond their reach. You are truly creating a brighter future for Santa Rosa.

You helped initiate the construction of a 200-student-capacity, 14-classroom Catholic school and a 2,000-person-capacity multipurpose facility.

Student Update

José Manuel Cian

José prayed for a new school. He is just one of 83 at-risk students currently supported by scholarships.

Although he was behind in school, he took immediately to learning. José is now 14 and is already in the 4th grade. It has been difficult for the young man to be in a classroom surrounded by little children, but José finds joy in learning and comfort in his faith in God. He has accomplished much in a short period of time.

His transformation has been truly miraculous!
