Cross Catholic Outreach was honored to welcome Most Rev. Samuel J. Aquila to our board of directors earlier this year. His relationship with Cross Catholic Outreach dates back to 2008, when he endorsed our ministry during his time as the Bishop of Fargo, saying, “The service that Cross provides to the poor and needy throughout third-world countries is a great witness to Jesus Christ.”

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in the wake of news that Archbishop Gregory Aymond of the Archdiocese of New Orleans contracted COVID-19, Cross Catholic Outreach extended a helping hand to the Archdiocese, providing 17 pallets of hygiene packs to Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New Orleans.

Since our founding almost two decades ago, nearly 150 Catholic Bishops in the United States have written letters of endorsement for our mission to serve the poorest of the poor, and five more have recently joined their brother bishops to encourage us in our continuing mission.
